I've never used a Half Moon Switch before. It's definitely just cause to not buy another Product from them. If a Consumer can't get the Warranty in writing it should give pause to their buying decision. It will sure make me ask about the Warrnaty on my next Gear Purchase. I find it very odd that Nord doesn't?Īfter having a problem with my Nord a little over year of ownership on a Keyboard I seldom play I want to know where I stand, what Nord will & won't do to resolve my Issue. I have purchased a lot of various Musical Gear from Manufacturers from all over the World & every one one of them comes with Written Document stating exactly what the Warranty is. That's unacceptable to me & should be to all Consumers. The "I think it's this or that" or all the other assumptions & presumptions are so vague I don't know what's what. I just want the Manufacturers Warranty in writing so I know exactly what's what. Having said that, my local dealer told me there was a one-year warranty on my E4. Even if anyone here knew, forum heresay would not stand up to that sort of scrutiny. PScooter63 wrote:Lucky, it sounds like you’re trying to build a legal case.
